KINGS VIEW RESIDENCIES
Logo Design & Print 2015 - 2016
KINGS VIEW RESIDENCIES was a condominium development undertaken by Alpha Homes Pvt Ltd in Sri Lanka. This project marked the beginning of my involvement with the Alpha group and provided the opportunity to contribute across branding, marketing collateral and project administration.
My involvement with Kings View Residencies extended beyond design and content development. In addition to creating the project logo and brochure, I assisted with administrative and project coordination tasks, supporting the day-to-day activities associated with the development. This broader involvement provided valuable insight into property marketing, client communication and project operations while helping ensure consistency across both promotional and administrative materials.
The Kings View Residencies logo was designed to establish a professional identity for the development and provide a recognisable visual brand for use across marketing materials and project communications.
I was responsible for both the design and written content of the project brochure, ensuring that the development’s key features and value proposition were presented in a clear and professional manner.
The Kings View Residencies project provided valuable experience in property marketing, branding and content development. The work established a visual identity for the development while supporting sales and promotional activities through professionally designed marketing collateral.
