Logo & Poster Design
THE HEALTH CLINIC is a local community dispensary located in Nawala, Sri Lanka. They provide healthcare, treatment and counselling. I designed their logo, and had a great time creating informative posters for their clinic.
My clients were specific in their need for a "to the point" logo that was simple, elegant and communicated what they were about at a glance.

The cross on the logo keeps with the traditional meaning known by everyone that its a medical service, but showing a helping hand reaching out gives it an even more caring vibe.

Blue was used on the cross as it is a soothing color which can help ease patients' minds.
Below is an example of one of the brochures I designed for The Health Clinic. They wanted an easy to read format where the information provided could be clearly understood.
A series of posters I did for the clinic, which focussed on their various health and medical services. As a child, the neighbourhood clinics and city hospitals were always bright, friendly and welcoming places even though I only went there to get a vaccine or stitches! So I tried to keep my designs colourful and warm.
